In mid-2009 Anne Winckel launched Delta Partners – a legal and executive search firm – after nearly 10 years as a legal recruitment specialist in Melbourne.

She had previously managed Legal and Executive Recruitment teams at both a boutique professional services firm, and a national recruitment company.

Over the years, Anne has recruited both Management Staff, and Lawyers and Patent Attorneys of every description – from Junior and Mid-level staff to Senior Associates and Partners. Through retained Search Assignments she has also identified and secured General Managers, Managing Partners, General Counsel, Compliance Professionals, Senior Lawyers, and numerous Partners from diverse practice areas. Prior to her career in recruitment, Anne lectured at various universities in South Australia and subsequently at the University of Melbourne. During her time within the Law Faculty at the University of Melbourne, Anne completed her Masters thesis by research in Constitutional Law.

Throughout her academic career, Anne was involved in the Republic Debate where she assisted in organising two Women’s Constitutional Conventions. Anne was previously on the Board of Australian Women Lawyers, and she is currently a member of Victorian Women Lawyers (where she was on the Executive Committee for many years), and the Law Institute of Victoria.
